What we collect

We collect personal information you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number when you join, send an enquiry or create a member profile. For members, we also hold handicap information and competition scores.

Why we collect it

  • To manage membership and communicate with members.
  • To run competitions and publish leaderboards.
  • To respond to enquiries from the public.

Who can see your information

Member profiles and leaderboards are visible only to logged-in members. Public pages do not show personal information. Members can edit their own profile only when the club admin has allowed it.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare to host this website and Supabase to store member data. Handicap and score data come from MiScore and Golf Australia.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact the club using the details on our contact page.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact the club first. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
